Samiya is a first generation Indian-American from Katy, Texas and a graduate of South Texas College of Law. Before law school, Samiya graduated cum laude from the University of Houston with a degree in supply chain logistics. She went on to work for Amazon and Baker Hughes.
While in law school, Samiya was involved in various clinics at South Texas learning probate, family, and immigration law where she then developed an interest in civil litigation. She is passionate about helping people and representing those injured by other individuals/companies. Outside of the office, Samiya enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two dogs. She fluently speaks Urdu and Hindi.
