Kathryn Hiett is a trial attorney at Pierce Skrabanek, where she represents individuals and families whose lives have been changed by serious injuries caused by negligence. Before joining Pierce Skrabanek, Kathryn practiced at several prominent Houston plaintiff firms, where she represented individuals in a broad range of complex civil matters. Her experience includes mass tort litigation involving pharmaceutical companies, sexual assault litigation against rideshare companies, and traditional personal injury cases arising from motor vehicle collisions, commercial trucking crashes, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death. Working across these varied case types has given Kathryn extensive experience managing complex litigation and advocating for clients facing life-changing injuries.

Kathryn earned both her Juris Doctor and bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas. She is licensed to practice law in Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.

Outside the office, Kathryn enjoys traveling, staying active, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
