Prior to joining Pierce and Skrabanek, Callie Brister served numerous personal injury clients in the state of Texas. A native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Callie earned her bachelor’s degree from Samford University, where she was also a member of the university’s softball team. She went on to earn her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, where she was a member of the nationally ranked Trial Team and won multiple trial competitions. In her final competition, she was named Best Advocate at the Capitol City Challenge at Washington College of Law.

Callie began her legal career in insurance defense, giving her a unique perspective when working with insurance companies and their representatives. Her experience provides valuable insight into insurer strategies, allowing her to advocate effectively for her clients. She is committed to delivering thoughtful, strategic representation and helping clients pursue full and fair recovery with professionalism and compassion.
