Practice areas of expertise:

Prior to joining Pierce Skrabanek, Callie Brister served numerous personal injury clients in the state of Texas. A native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Callie earned her bachelor’s degree from Samford University, where she was also a member of the university’s softball team.
She went on to earn her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, where she was a member of the nationally ranked Trial Team and won multiple trial competitions. In her final competition, she was named Best Advocate at the Capitol City Challenge at Washington College of Law.
Callie began her legal career in insurance defense, a background that now serves as a powerful asset for her clients. This insider experience provides a unique window into the strategies insurers use to devalue claims.
Because insurance companies often push back hardest on catastrophic injury cases where the stakes are highest, Callie uses her knowledge of the opposition to give her clients a distinct advantage. By anticipating their tactics before they happen, she is able to advocate more effectively for those facing life-changing injuries.
At Pierce Skrabanek, Callie represents individuals injured due to traffic collisions, plant explosions, traumatic brain injuries, and other catastrophic personal injuries.
She is committed to delivering thoughtful, strategic representation and helping clients pursue full and fair recovery with professionalism and compassion.
